Microsoft For those of you considering using NCWS, I wanted to share my experience with you and the support I received. In a bit of a bind and under pressure to have some data center equipment moved from the loading dock to its final resting place, I reached out to NCWS for some assistance. I was less than one week away from a project deadline and very nervous I would not be able to make the date knowing I had such a short window to find a vendor to assist with moving of gear. I cold called NCWS and spoke to the receptionist who took all my information and let me know I would be contacted shortly. Within 2 hours Shawn was calling me and taking all my details and needs, he assured me NCWS could meet my deadline. Over the next couple days Shawn and the NCWS team worked with me to finalize what was needed, they took the extra step and completed an onsite survey, they communicated day, nights, and weekends to assure me all was good. I felt very confident in their abilities. In the end my time line was met, my expectations exceeded, and the data center equipment move was a success. I highly recommend NCWS when it comes to customer service and delivery, they get it. medicision "I was tasked by my management Team to move our datacenter. They gave me a very short limited window of time to do so. We have 24 racks of gear and needed to move a large portion of it. The NCWS Team came in and explained their process and what was needed. They showed up early and worked through the night to move approximately 400 plus physical devices.
