  • Our IT Relocation Team members consist of expert technicians, logistical specialists, hardware technicians and packaging technicians. NCWS staff are all highly trained and experienced in handling and transporting your equipment within our dedicated transportation vehicles. We are all one team and our team is not subcontracted.

  • The NCWS team members have many layers, and many years of working as a team. We have overcome the impossible and are so experienced making our clients so comfortable that their trust level effectively makes us feel as a part of your companies existing team.


What are your days & hours of operation?

  • NCWS knows that our client base will need services on their schedule, and their service schedule is unique when compared to other businesses. Our hours are 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, and 7 days a week.

  • We understand that you may want to complete your project:

  1. Overnight
  2. Over the weekend
  3. Multi-phased days, weeks, or months
  4. During a holiday

  • Our staff dedicates blocks of time in order to meet your specific project requirements. For example, if your project started on a Friday night at 8:00PM and end Saturday at 3:00PM; our staff would be available from Friday Morning until Sunday Morning for your project. We understand that projects have unforeseen changes and our scheduling is proactive, and is easily adaptable.


How much are your services?

  • We do not have a set rate for any service. The cost will vary on any service taking several important factors into consideration.

Where will my project manager be during our project?

  • Your dedicated project managers are always hands on, on site/off-site, and part of your service from start to completion. NCWS project managers understand that communication is the recipe for success and will be available any time for you.


Do you offer estimates or proposals?

  • We offer free comprehensive proposals/estimates based on the answers our clients provide to us on our project questionnaire.

  • Our proposals/estimates are valid for 30 days.


What payment methods are accepted?

  • We accept business check, electronic transfers, and credit cards (in certain circumstances). Our policy is to secure a 50% retainer for a service date, and balance is billed upon completion of services. The retainer may be waved in certain instances.


Are you insured?

  • We can offer you our Certificate of Insurance (COI), and most data centers, co-locations, and building in which you lease from require a higher level of insurance.

  • We hold, and offer many types of insurances to protect you personally, your company, and your equipment from loss or liability.


How can we reach you?

  • You will have a dedicated project manager accessible 24 hours a day/ 7 days a week, on and off the project site. Your project manager will also offer you his/her mobile phone number, along with email for easy access.

Do you subcontract or shop out certain parts of your services out to the other vendors?

  • No.

  • We are extremely effective with working along the side of other contactors or vendors that may be hired by you or your company.


Where are you located and where do you service?

  • NCWS has strategically located offices throughout the USA. We service the entire United States, Canada, and offer international services as well. We are 100% mobile, and are able to service clients in any state or city.

  • We are unique in that we do not perform our services out of our offices, and must be 100% mobile with our teams, supplies, and fleet of vehicles.
